With COVID-19 having a watershed impact on the immersive experience industry, the months from February to April in 2020 recorded a low business level compared to 2018 and 2019 in the APAC market. As the industry struggled to keep up, Kuala Lumpur-based ViDe Insight remained at the forefront of helping businesses by working with all its APAC regions’ technical branches and R&D teams to develop a full new virtual experience solution. “Our new virtual experience solutions delivered a business transformation solution to our key clients, helping them in this moment of crisis,” says Jacky Lui, the Head of Client Development at ViDe Insight’s Hong Kong Team. The program development, which was led by ViDe Insight’s Hong Kong Team, helped clients to evaluate their customers by identifying core influencers and then recognizing the benefits they bring to the table.

For example, as being the first campaign in the year of Ox and hoping for a good beginning, ViDe Insight designed “Calvin Klein Makes Your Wish Comes True” as the main theme and use it to cascade the whole journey. From make a wish by designing a wish card to enjoy the discount, the whole journey felt like guests could realize their wish in Calvin Klein retail stores.

He further mentions that after 2020, the APAC market has undergone a momentous shift.
