    ViDe Insight Asia: Designing Futuristic and Purposeful Brand Experiences

    With COVID-19 having a watershed impact on the immersive experience industry, the months from February to April in 2020 recorded a low business level compared to 2018 and 2019 in the APAC market. As the industry struggled to keep up, Kuala Lumpur-based ViDe Insight remained at the forefront of helping businesses by working with all its APAC regions’ technical branches and R&D teams to develop a full new virtual experience solution. “Our new virtual experience solutions delivered a business transformation solution to our key clients, helping them in this moment of crisis,” says Jacky Lui, the Head of Client Development at ViDe Insight’s Hong Kong Team. The program development, which was led by ViDe Insight’s Hong Kong Team, helped clients to evaluate their customers by identifying core influencers and then recognizing the benefits they bring to the table.

    ViDe Insight’s journey started in 2015 when the founders recognized the opportunities in the digital immersive experience industry and thus focused on an immersive experience, light art innovation, and interactivity development in Southeast Asia Market. The aim was to build up a core solution development team that can create a comprehensive program development. “We strive to deliver new virtual experience solutions while providing an exclusive business transformation for our clients,” states Mr. Lui. By anticipating an immersive experience with full services, ViDe Insight succeeded in delivering top qualified experiences and maximizing campaign performances.

    ViDe Insight’s outstanding CRM was raised and shaped by its marvelous teamwork. The team sets a clear objective and strategically segments its target audiences. “We make clear approaches and build profound relationships with our clients,” mentions Mr. Lui. With its digital expertise, creativity, data analytic capabilities, and loyalty solution approaches, ViDe Insight works closely with clients in order to optimize campaigns and goals, creating an all-around digital immersive experience.

For example, as being the first campaign in the year of Ox and hoping for a good beginning, ViDe Insight designed “Calvin Klein Makes Your Wish Comes True” as the main theme and use it to cascade the whole journey. From make a wish by designing a wish card to enjoy the discount, the whole journey felt like guests could realize their wish in Calvin Klein retail stores.

    What further differentiates ViDe Insight is its diverse team, which comprises enthusiasts from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and nationalities. “We are dedicated to bring exemplary interactive contents through our unique application of immersion, aiming for the most unforgettable journey for our customers. Our passion as enthusiasts, and our cravings for perfection, had guided us all the way towards our success,” says Mr. Lui.

    He further mentions that after 2020, the APAC market has undergone a momentous shift. Top-tier brand marketers look for full digital transformation solutions to connect with the potential customers anywhere, anytime, and with no limit to physical experience to deliver the brand information, online shop promotion offer, and virtual product experience. Therefore, ViDe Insight team is investing more technical and R&D resources in virtual commerce, artificial intelligence, machine learning and aims to help the brand boost sales even if their potential customers work from home and reinforce key account business in the APAC market through its full digital transformation solutions.
